You are a lion - 16 min

How do you find your tribe when you’ve learned how to be a certain way, attracting the same kind of people? First, you must find your own roar. Your own self. Only when I’ve been able to play and allow myself to be myself have I been able to find my true tribe. From the roar within that I did not even realize existed. That roar becomes a beacon of light that your true tribe will recognize and come your way. This nidra reminds me to maintain my own roar, that I am a Lion, like Bradds. My tribe is merely an effect of first & foremost being who I am.

light of the moon - 16 min

I’m constantly needing the reminder that 1% is enough. One step at a time. To have faith that the light of the moon is enough. A spark is enough to guide. Extravagance is not needed. Simplicity and consistency contain a power I can tend to take advantage of. When I feel overwhelmed I listen to this nidra. To remind me… one step at a time is enough.

Rainbow Energy - 16 min

This is by far my favorite Nidra to date. This one is for you Bradds!

This is a story about attunement. One of the greatest gifts Braddah gave me. In this Yoga Nidra you get to invite and hang out with your best animal friend. Enjoy the flowers and gifts from animal friends and spirits. As you reconnect to your body, your energy, and the energy of the whole planet.

Changing States of matter - 16 min

This Yoga Nidra is a story about life experiences. Have you ever been confused by the term “feeling it all”? I have. Experience all the pieces of you in all of your changing states. Feel in the body an experience of feeling it all.

THE MOTHER TREE - Coming soon

The inspiration of this nidra includes stories about my friend's mom and how she showed up for her kids. It made me think about the trees in the forest that are known as “Mother Trees”. Described in scientific america as “...the glue that holds the forest together.” They are the biggest and oldest of the trees. They learn and remember and are intelligent. They help our forests recover and help manage resilience, biodiversity and health. If these Mother Trees could talk to you, what would you body learn? What nourishment would you absorb into your roots? Feel resilience through nurturing your body.

The white door - 16 min

In the path of seeking how to Thrive, it can become easy to copy someone else’s path. I’m finding that in order to Thrive in the way I desire, I must allow myself to be myself. In any phase of life that I am in. Good, bad or indifferent. All my stories make me me. All my stories make me whole. All my stories don’t allow me to only focus on light and love. All the versions of me are the whole me. These versions force me to also look at my shadows and accept wherever I may be on my path. Exactly in the same way my body works, it’s not about either/or. It’s about the complexity of all of the versions of me creating the whole of me.
