These private sessions begin with a 30 minute Yoga Nidra / NSDR practice, guiding you toward stillness, awareness, and deep restoration. Afterward, we’ll spend 15–20 minutes exploring what surfaced—through conversation, gentle guidance, and sometimes breath, sleep, or movement-based tools.
Each session is grounded in your unique experience. This is where rest meets real life, and where we begin to listen to what the body already knows.
