When recovery feels like a luxury, burnout seems inevitable, or focus slips no matter how much time off you take—it’s easy to feel like there’s no real reset button. These private sessions create space for exactly that.
We begin with a quick read of your body to help discern what will best serve you in that moment. We may move into a 25–30 minute Yoga Nidra / NSDR practice with coaching integration, or take a more active approach supported by movement and breath. Coaching is woven throughout to help bring awareness and application into your daily life.
Depending on what emerges in the moment, sessions may include movement, Kinstretch™, yoga, breathwork, or a shorter Nidra. The focus is always on working with your physiology and lived experience in real time—so you can actually switch off, reset, and return with steadier clarity.
