Over time, you start to notice patterns instead of reacting to symptoms. Small adjustments begin to make more sense—when to move, when to rest, when to eat, when to slow down. It gives you a clearer read on your body so you’re not guessing as much day to day. Things don’t feel as random.

The Belgian gives you access to pre-recorded videos across four pillars of the Annamayakosha—movement, breathwork, nutrition, and recovery—to help you take care of your body more practically. A monthly 90-minute class with me or one of the other coaches, to give you a place to stay consistent and ask questions as they come up.

This goes beyond listening and starts to connect Nidra with all of the needs of your Annamayakosha: movement, breathing, nutrition, and recovery. A place to start making better decisions based on your own patterns, your own needs, your own body. Enough ingredients to start creating your own Waffle.

This is where changes start to stick. Instead of finding yourself back to burnout again and again, you build a way of operating that holds under stress. You begin to trust what your body is telling you and respond earlier, before things spiral. Life doesn’t get less full, but it gets more manageable and a lot less draining.
This includes everything in The Belgian, plus the full Magic of Mistakes course with 13 self-paced sessions and supporting videos. You can start anytime and work through it at your own pace. You’ll also have access to a weekly class led by me or one of the other coaches, so there’s consistent structure and multiple perspectives as you go. Each month will have a theme (sleep, nutrition, movement, etc.) so that we can practice focusing on one quality at a time. Creating shifts that last a lifetime.
The Liege is only for when you’re ready to take this seriously and make changes that last. More structure, more guidance, and a clear path to reduce burnout and feel more stable day to day. This is for those who are eager to learn how to read your body and adjust how you live accordingly.
