The Focus Workshops are 1 hour long events where we will be playing games and doing cross sectional movements that help guide the brain back to focusing. You’ll learn the importance of boredom, how a struggle for focus doesn’t discriminate between adults and children, and what you can do at home to get you back on track. Learning how to train your attention will strengthen your skill to focus on what you want to create in this world.
