Each custom order will come with 2 MP3’s. One for a 16-min Nidra and one for a 45-min Nidra.
Custom Nidras also come with a 30-min consultation where we will go over your visualization as well as do a mini-workshop together via Zoom. The workshop will include crafting your Sankalpa or Resolve or Intention.
Due to the intimacy of Nidras, all visualization must be approved of by me. If I will not write your Nidra for any reason, you’ll be informed with your refund. During your purchase you’ll be asked to fill out a detailed questionnaire. This questionnaire is what will allow me to customize the experience to you.
