Recovery Reboot
Recovery Reboot is an active recovery class designed to help your body shift out of stress and into repair. Deep recovery requires an intentional physiological shift—not just rest.Think of it as training your body to recover with the same intention you train it to perform. We train to recover so performance doesn’t come at the cost of longevity. This class improves how you bounce back, so you can go back to living your life..
System Shift
System Shift trains your ability to move between physiological states with more ease and control. By working both the doing side (movement) and the sensing side (slow brainwave rest), we help the homunculus update how your body is mapped. Giving our nervous systems information on both movement and perception. When the brain is given two ways to know you, state change emerges naturally. This is a shift you can’t intellectualize—you experience it. If you can only make one class, make it this one.
