Raised on Kaua'i I have always had a deep love for getting outside. Later in life, whether I realized it or not, the outdoors also became my outlet. Where I felt the most free, the most vibrant. Nature became a place I observed the most. As if the patterns were trying to tell me something.
Now as a RYT-500 yoga teacher, I enjoy putting these observations into stories. Stories that promote restoration and a sense of peace through the practice of Yoga Nidra / NSDR. When you have a visceral understanding of what it feels to be suicidal… all you crave for people is peace. I was lucky enough to receive that through my dog, Big Bradds.
I’m pursuing a way to spread Big Bradds Love. I know what it did for me. I hope his spirit can continue to live on in my work. I hope his Love can keep going.

Meet Da Boss! This is the guy who is really running the show. I wouldn't be here if it wasn't for this super cool dude.
I’m currently on the path to learning how to Thrive because of this dog. Braddah saved my Soul in a way that kept me from taking my own life. Yet it wasn’t until his passing on 02.02.2020 that I realized I may be surviving, but I am not Thriving. To honor Braddah and the gifts and Love he has given me is why I’m here. He’s still the Boss and he continues to guide me, even now.
At that, his Chewbacca sounds are reminding me ...1%, that’s all I need. Even if I have a long way to go.

Even though Braddah has the title, Emma knows how to get her way. Fear the pitbull? I don't think so. (You should see how she handles Box Control) Emma is Braddah’s lady. He adores no one like he adores Ms Ems. Her fierceness and independence never deterred him. He made her Love him back.
Our Team wouldn’t be complete without her.

Waldo brings people together while getting lost in the crowd. He helps to guide us in what we are seeking as a Team and a company. He is a lodestar in whatever is our latest Adventure.

A Team where we take personal responsibility and practice self-reflection. A Team that is forever learning. Forever building their personal toolboxes. Practicing our integrity by being forthright with our limitations and mistakes. Understanding how our performance and habits relate to our physical and mental health. How deeply we affect each other. All while staying true to our weird selves. Giving that autonomy not only to ourselves but to others.
