Waffle is my Experiment

I am passionate about solving the riddle of how I am alive.

You see, I shouldn’t be. After years of putting puzzle pieces together, it’s finally starting to make sense.

Waffle is the combination of all the ingredients that brought me back to a sense of Connectedness. Something that I believe would not have been possible for me if it weren’t for the Love of my dog, Braddah.

My riddle–HOW did Braddah save my life & how can I replicate that to save myself? And can I utilize these skills to fulfill my biggest dream, Braddah’s Gallery? (An interactive sensorial experience using our Story together as he led me out of the world’s darkest place and my artwork along the way.)

This riddle sent me on an Adventure that became my life's work. It’s all a mistake really… becoming a student of yoga nidra / NSDR, breathwork, asana, lymphatics, circulation, digestion, sleep, fascia, self-massage, mobility, brainwaves, light, all ultimately about physiology. Proving to me that Life is wackadoo.

I’m not, nor do I want to be, an influencer, a scientist, a personal coach, a doctor or nervous system specialist. What I DO have in Waffle is a Story we can all relate to. A Story about my personal discovery of the roll of physiology and the nervous system and their intricate ties to my physical and mental health.

Waffle is my experiment to learn more about myself as I shoot for one goal.

Everything else is the space between. Where living, for me, truly is.
