A question most of us can relate to. You know the place. That one where you are unsure of your state. A place where you can't tell left from right, north or east, circling. Sometimes finding yourself back in a place you've already been. If you can relate, this Yoga Nidra is for you!Read More
My Personal Yoga Philosophy
Yoga, Yoga Nidra & Meditation are tools I use to quiet my mind. It is in this quiet & still space that I find I make better decisions. Decisions that I’m more clear about. This is a critical skill to learn in a world that never shuts down while we live in a body that requires us to shut down. There are more distractions than there are tools.
That is why I believe it’s important to help spread practices of Yoga, Yoga Nidra & Meditation to as many people as possible. Spreading these tools allows more people to access these tools. The more people that access these tools, the more decisions are being made from a place that’s focused on love & expansion rather than self-serving emotions.
Yoga is healing, both physically and mentally. This page was created to help deliver the Beauty of Yoga into your home & into your schedule. My hopes are that you make time for yourself. You cannot give to others when your own cup is empty. Let’s fill up together. Welcome to YOUR Yoga Practice.

What is Yoga Nidra?
Yoga Nidra is a powerful tool that I like to use to ‘hear myself better’. This is a mysterious practice where I find it difficult to add words to the experience. If you’re open to deep relaxation or a deeper way to journal, give this short script a try. This is my ‘decision making’ secret. Not that it’s a secret at all, but I have found a session of Yoga Nidra like a dose of instant clarity. Especially if I’m willing to put thought to paper immediately right after. And man does it help me sleep… and who couldn’t use more sleep right?!Read More
Together we will learn each of the ‘The Yamas & Niyamas’. These 10 principles can be used by anyone who wants to live a more fulfilling life. No Yogi Master qualification required.
Please note that I’m using the quotes from the book ‘The Yamas & Niyamas’. I highly recommend purchasing the book (available on Amazon) while following along. The author, Deborah Adele, does a beautiful job explaining the depth of each of these principles as well as how we can do that in our daily lives.
Ahimsa or Nonviolence
Let’s dive into this principal together with the intent of practicing being kinder to ourselves.
