Yoga Nidra is a powerful tool that I like to use to ‘hear myself better’. This is a mysterious practice where I find it difficult to add words to the experience. If you’re open to deep relaxation or a deeper way to journal, give this short script a try. This is my ‘decision making’ secret. Not that it’s a secret at all, but I have found a session of Yoga Nidra like a dose of instant clarity. Especially if I’m willing to put thought to paper immediately right after. And man does it help me sleep… and who couldn’t use more sleep right?!
